1 month agoeClincher has some solid features for social media management, but it feels a bit hit or miss for me. The interface is user-friendly, which I appreciate, but I’ve run into a few glitches that can be frustrating. Scheduling posts is pretty straightforward, but the analytics could use a little more depth. I love the idea of the content curation tool, but it doesn’t always deliver the best results. Customer support has been helpful when I've reached out, but response times can be slow. Overall, it’s decent for managing my accounts, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’m on the fence about renewing my subscription. It’s okay, just not mind-blowing!

1 month agoeClincher is a major disappointment. The user interface is clunky and unintuitive, making navigation a frustrating experience. Customer service is unresponsive and unhelpful, leaving issues unresolved for far too long. The scheduling features often glitch, causing missed posts and confusion. I expected more robust analytics, but the insights provided are minimal at best. Integration with other tools is inconsistent, leading to wasted time and effort. The pricing is not justified given the lack of reliable features. I found myself constantly battling with the platform rather than enjoying its benefits. Overall, it has been a significant letdown. I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a dependable social media management tool.

1 month agoI really wanted to like eClincher, but my experience has been pretty disappointing. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it hard to navigate. I’ve run into multiple bugs that just ruin my workflow. Customer support? Don’t even get me started—response times are painfully slow! I expected more features for the price, but it feels like I’m overpaying for basic functionality. Scheduling posts is not as intuitive as it should be, and I often find my drafts disappearing. The analytics are confusing and not very helpful either. Overall, it’s been more frustrating than useful. I’m definitely looking for better options elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle!
