1 month agoZen Media has some cool ideas, but I feel like they could really step up their game. The content is decent, but not always what I was hoping for. Customer service is hit or miss, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's okay but there's room for improvement!

I appreciate the variety of services they offer, but I feel like they could dive deeper into specific topics. Sometimes, the content seems a bit surface-level, leaving me wanting more insight. The design is sleek, but it can feel a bit generic at times. I also noticed that response times for inquiries could be improved; it took a while to get feedback. Overall, it’s a decent resource, but there’s definitely room for growth. I’d say it’s worth checking out, just don’t expect to be blown away. A solid 3 stars for now!

1 month agoZenMedia is a total letdown. Their service felt rushed and the results didn’t match what was promised. Customer support was unresponsive, leaving me frustrated. Definitely not worth the hype!
