1 month agoI've been using Invoca for a while now, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The call tracking features are decent, but I keep running into glitches that make it really frustrating. The interface feels a bit outdated, and it takes way too long to get support when I have an issue. Plus, the pricing seems a bit steep for what you get. I expected more from a platform that's supposed to be a leader in this space. It gets the job done, but just barely. I really hope they can step it up in the future!

1 month agoInvoca has some solid features for call tracking, but I feel like it could be more user-friendly. The interface is a bit clunky at times, making it hard to navigate. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. The analytics are useful, but sometimes the data feels overwhelming. Overall, it gets the job done, but there’s definitely room for improvement!
