1 month agoI really wanted to like Userlike, but my experience has been a bit underwhelming. The chat interface is sleek, but it feels a bit clunky at times. I’ve had issues with the integration options; they don’t always work as expected. Customer support is hit or miss – sometimes helpful, but other times I feel like I’m talking to a wall. The pricing seems steep for the features offered, and I expected more bang for my buck. I’ve also noticed some lag during peak times, which is frustrating. Overall, it’s okay but definitely not what I hoped for. I’m still on the fence about renewing my subscription. Just needs a bit more polish!
