1 month agoI've been using Net Zero Company for a while now, and I have to say, it's pretty solid! The service is reliable, and I love how easy it is to track my energy usage. The website is user-friendly, which makes everything a breeze. I appreciate their commitment to sustainability, and it feels great to be part of something positive for the environment. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that I wish their customer support was a bit faster to respond. But overall, I'm really happy with my experience! Great job, Net Zero Company! Keep up the good work!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Net Zero Company, but what a letdown! The website was clunky and super hard to navigate. Customer service? Don’t even get me started – it felt like I was talking to a wall. My order took ages to arrive, and when it finally did, it was totally wrong. I expected so much more from them. Honestly, I won’t be coming back!

1 month agoNet Zero Company has some good ideas and a solid concept, but I feel like there's room for improvement. The customer service could be more responsive, which can be frustrating at times. I appreciate their eco-friendly approach, but the website navigation isn't the smoothest. Overall, it's a decent experience, but I expected a bit more. Hoping they'll step it up in the future!

1 month agoNet Zero Company is decent overall, but there’s definitely room for improvement. The products are okay, but I expected a bit more variety. Customer service was helpful, but it took longer than I hoped to get a response. The website is user-friendly, which is a plus! Just wish they offered faster shipping options.

1 month agoI recently tried out NetZero Company, and it's been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, their customer service is pretty friendly and responsive, which I really appreciate. However, I found the website a bit tricky to navigate at times, making it harder to find what I was looking for. The pricing is decent, but I wish there were more flexible options available. I also encountered some connectivity issues, which was frustrating when I needed a reliable internet connection. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I hope they can work on the user experience because I see potential here. I’d say it’s an average service right now, but I’m hoping they step it up in the future.
