1 month agoI've been using Emarsys for a while now, and honestly, I'm a bit let down. The interface is clunky and not very user-friendly, which makes navigating through features a bit of a hassle. I expected more intuitive design for the price. The customer support can be hit or miss too; sometimes they’re super helpful, and other times it feels like I’m talking to a robot. The analytics are decent, but not groundbreaking. I also wish they had more integration options; it feels limited compared to other platforms. Overall, it gets the job done, but I was hoping for a smoother experience. I’m sticking with it for now, but I’m definitely looking at other options. Just okay, not great.

1 month agoEmarsys is an absolute game-changer! Their platform is super easy to use and has all the features you need to boost your marketing. The customer support team is always there to help, and they really know their stuff. I've seen amazing results since I started using it. Totally recommend it to anyone looking to up their marketing game!

I've had a few hiccups with customer support that left me wanting more. The analytics are decent, but I expected a bit more depth. Overall, it does the job, but there's definitely room for improvement. Not a bad tool, just not my absolute favorite!
