Quench Botanics is a total letdown. The products didn't do anything and just left my skin feeling worse!

I recently tried out Quench Botanics, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. The packaging is super cute, and I love the overall vibe of the brand. However, I found some of the products didn’t quite live up to the hype for me. The textures were nice, but I didn't see the results I was hoping for after a few weeks of use. On the plus side, the scents are delightful and really refreshing! Customer service was friendly, which is always a plus. I think the products might work better for others with different skin types. Overall, it’s a decent brand, but I’m not completely sold yet. I might give it another shot with different products. For now, it’s a solid three stars from me!
