I was really hoping for a great experience at Shoe Carnival, but it fell a bit flat. The selection was decent, but I found a lot of shoes that were out of stock in my size. The website was a little clunky to navigate, which made shopping more frustrating than fun. Plus, my order took longer to arrive than expected. Overall, not my best shopping trip!

I recently ordered a pair of shoes from Shoe Carnival, and I couldn't be more disappointed. First off, the sizing was completely off; I ordered my usual size, and they felt two sizes too small. Then, when I tried to return them, the process was such a hassle! The return label was missing, and the customer service was unhelpful and rude. I also noticed that the shoes looked way cheaper in person than on the website. To top it all off, it took forever to get any kind of response from their support team. I really expected better quality and service. I won’t be shopping here again. Save your time and money, folks!
