1 month agoUline has some decent products, and I appreciate the variety they offer. Ordering is pretty straightforward, and shipping is usually on time, which is a plus. However, I’ve had a few hiccups with customer service that left me a bit frustrated. The website could use a more user-friendly design, as it can feel cluttered at times. Prices are reasonable, but I’ve seen similar items cheaper elsewhere. I like that they have a solid return policy, which gives me peace of mind. Overall, it’s an okay experience, but there’s room for improvement. I’ll probably keep using them, but I’m not completely sold. Just average for me!

1 month agoUline, I had high hopes, but wow, what a letdown! The website is a maze, and finding what I need feels like searching for a needle in a haystack. Customer service? Don't even get me started—trying to reach someone is like playing hide and seek. I ordered some supplies, and they took forever to arrive. When they finally did, half the items were wrong. The prices are outrageous for what you get. I expected better quality, but it felt like I was just throwing my money away. Really disappointing experience all around. I won’t be coming back!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Uline based on their reputation, but my experience was a bit of a letdown. The website is easy to navigate, but my order took longer to arrive than expected. Customer service was decent, but I had to wait on hold for quite a while. The products are okay, but I found some items to be overpriced for what they are. I appreciate the variety they offer, but I think I’ll be looking elsewhere for my needs next time. Overall, not what I was hoping for!

1 month agoI had high hopes for my order, but it turned into a total nightmare. The website is a maze, and finding what I needed took way longer than it should have. When my package finally arrived, half of it was damaged. Customer service was a joke—took forever to get a response, and when I did, they were unhelpful. I felt like I was talking to a robot! Shipping was also way slower than advertised, which is a bummer. I expected better quality and service. I won’t be coming back anytime soon!
