I really wanted to love this site, but it’s been a bit of a mess for me. The navigation is clunky and finding information feels like a treasure hunt. Plus, some links just don’t work at all! I expected a smoother experience given the reputation. Disappointed and hoping they can improve it soon!

The New York Philharmonic has some great moments, but I've had a few mixed experiences. The performances can be hit or miss, depending on the conductor and the pieces chosen. I love the ambiance of the venue, but sometimes it feels a bit too formal for my taste. Ticket prices are steep, so I wish the overall experience matched the cost. Overall, it's good, but not always outstanding.

Not to mention, the ticket prices are way too high for what you get. Customer service was unhelpful when I had questions. I expected so much more from such a renowned orchestra. Sadly, I won’t be returning anytime soon.
