1 month agoReachbird has some solid features for influencer marketing, and I appreciate the user-friendly interface. The platform makes it easy to connect with potential partners, which is a big plus. However, I feel like there are some areas that could use improvement. Sometimes, the search filters don’t give me exactly what I’m looking for, and it can be frustrating. I’ve also encountered a few bugs that interrupted my workflow. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. Overall, it’s a good tool, just not quite as polished as I hoped. It gets the job done, but I think it has the potential to be even better. I’d recommend it with a few caveats!

1 month agoReachbird has some decent features that can help with influencer marketing, but I found it a bit hit-or-miss. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I've encountered a few bugs that slowed me down. The selection of influencers is good, but sometimes it feels a bit limited for niche markets. Customer support was responsive, but I had to wait longer than expected for certain issues. Overall, it's a solid platform, but there's definitely room for improvement. I'll keep using it, hoping for some updates. Not bad, but not great either!
