Brabantia heeft een leuke selectie producten, maar ik vind dat er nog wat ruimte voor verbetering is. De kwaliteit van sommige artikelen is goed, maar andere zijn niet zo duurzaam als ik had gehoopt. Het design is vaak stijlvol en modern, wat een pluspunt is. De website zelf is gebruiksvriendelijk, maar het kan soms lang duren voordat mijn bestelling aankomt. Klantenservice is oké, maar niet altijd even snel met antwoorden. Ik heb een paar producten gekocht die me bevallen, maar ik verwacht gewoon iets meer voor de prijs die ik betaal.
