1 month agoHelpJuice has some solid features for organizing knowledge, but it feels a bit clunky at times. The interface is nice, but navigating through it can be frustrating. I appreciate the customization options, yet some settings seem overly complicated. Customer support is decent, but I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. Overall, it's okay, but there's definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoHelpjuice sounded great, but I was left disappointed. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I struggled just to find basic features! Customer support took forever to respond, which was frustrating. I expected more from a knowledge base tool, but it just didn’t deliver. Overall, I won't be recommending it anytime soon!

1 month agoHelpjuice has some solid features that make it easy to create and manage knowledge bases. The user interface is pretty straightforward, which I appreciate. However, I’ve run into a few glitches here and there that can be a bit frustrating. The customer support is decent, but response times could be faster. I like the customization options, but it feels like some features are missing for a more seamless experience. Overall, it’s good but not great. It gets the job done, but I was hoping for a bit more polish. If they can iron out some of the bugs, I’d be more than happy to give it a higher rating. Worth trying if you’re in need of a basic knowledge management tool!
