The interface feels cluttered and confusing; I spent more time searching for basic features than actually using them. Plus, the pricing is outrageous for what you get. Support? Don’t even get me started—response times are painfully slow. I expected a lot more from a tool that claims to be so powerful. It’s like they focus more on flashy marketing than on improving user experience. Overall, it’s just not worth the hassle.

I've faced some performance issues that slow down my workflow, too. Customer support could definitely use some improvement—responses take forever! 1 month agoI've been using Splunk for a while now, and I have to say, it's a mixed bag. The interface can be a bit overwhelming, especially for newcomers. While it has powerful features, getting to know them feels like a chore. Sometimes, it seems like the tool is designed for data wizards only. The pricing can also be a bit steep for smaller teams or startups. Customer support has been hit or miss for me; I've had to wait longer than I'd like for answers. I appreciate the potential it has, but it definitely needs some user-friendliness improvements. Overall, it's okay, but I expected more. I hope they can step up their game!
