1 month agoGainsight has been a game changer for our customer success team! The platform is super user-friendly, making it easy to track customer health and engagement. I love the insights it provides, but sometimes the reporting features can feel a bit clunky. Customer support is usually responsive, but I've had a couple of delays. Overall, it’s a solid tool that really helps us stay on top of our customers’ needs. Definitely worth a try if you're in the CS space!

1 month agoGainsight is honestly a huge letdown. The interface is clunky and confusing, making it a real pain to navigate. I expected better support, but their customer service is almost non-existent. It feels like I’m just another ticket in a long queue. The features that are supposed to help just add more frustration instead. I’ve wasted so much time trying to make it work for my team. It’s not user-friendly at all, and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Overall, a disappointing experience that left me regretting my choice.

1 month agoGainsight has some cool features, but honestly, it’s been a bit of a letdown for me. The interface feels clunky and not very user-friendly, which makes navigating a hassle. I found myself getting lost more often than not. The customer support is hit or miss; sometimes they're helpful, but other times I felt ignored. Plus, some of the integrations just don’t work as smoothly as I hoped. Pricing is on the higher side, and I don’t think it's quite worth it for what you get. Overall, I expected more from a platform that’s supposed to enhance customer success. I really wanted to love it, but I’m just not impressed. Hoping for improvements soon!

1 month agoGainsight has some decent features, but honestly, it feels clunky and overwhelming at times. Navigating through the interface can be a real pain, and the customer support is hit or miss. I expected better integration options too. Not quite what I hoped for!

1 month agoGainsight has been a huge disappointment for me. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all, making it a hassle to navigate. I've experienced constant bugs that disrupt my workflow, and the customer support is slow to respond. It feels like they focus more on flashy features than on actually delivering a solid product. Overall, I expected much better for the price I'm paying!
