1 month agoI had high hopes for Square, but it just didn't meet my expectations. The interface is a bit clunky, and I've faced some frustrating bugs. Customer support could definitely use some improvement too!

1 month agoI really wanted to like Square, but it’s been a bit of a letdown. The interface can be pretty confusing at times, making it hard to find what I need. Customer service isn’t the best either; it feels like they take forever to respond. Plus, I’ve had some annoying glitches that messed up my transactions. Overall, it’s okay, but definitely not what I expected!

The interface is pretty user-friendly, but I've run into some frustrating glitches that really slow me down. Customer support is hit or miss—sometimes they're helpful, but other times I feel like I'm talking to a wall. It’s great for basic transactions, but I wish it had more advanced features for reporting. Plus, the fees add up quicker than I expected. Overall, it does the job but leaves a lot to be desired. I’m hoping they can improve things soon!

On one hand, the interface is pretty user-friendly, which makes things easier for someone like me who's not super tech-savvy. The payment processing is generally smooth, and I love the convenience of the mobile app. However, I've run into a few issues with customer support; it can take a while to get a response when I have a question. Plus, the fees can add up, especially for small transactions, which is a bit frustrating. I also wish there were more customization options for invoices and receipts. Overall, it's decent, but there’s definitely room for improvement!
