1 month agoWalgreens offers a decent selection of products and services, but there are areas for improvement. The layout is user-friendly, making it easy to find what I'm looking for. However, I've encountered occasional stock issues that can be frustrating. Customer service is hit or miss; some representatives are helpful, while others seem indifferent. The prices are competitive, but I’ve found better deals elsewhere at times. Shipping is generally reliable, though it could be faster. I appreciate the rewards program, which adds value to my purchases. Overall, it's a solid option, but not without its flaws. I'll continue to use it but hope for enhancements in the future.

However, I’ve had some issues with my orders taking longer to arrive than expected. The selection of products is decent, but sometimes they’re out of stock on things I need. Customer service can be hit or miss; I've had good experiences but also some frustrating ones. The prices are okay, but I feel like I can find better deals elsewhere. Overall, it’s convenient, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I keep coming back, hoping for a better experience next time!

1 month agoI recently shopped at Walgreens online, and honestly, it was a bit of a mixed bag. The website has a decent selection, but the navigation can be super confusing at times. I spent way too long searching for items that should have been easy to find. Plus, my order took longer to arrive than I expected, which was frustrating. The customer service was okay, but they didn't really help with my delivery issue. On the bright side, the prices are pretty reasonable. I just wish the whole experience was smoother. I might give it another shot, but I’m not in a rush. Overall, it’s just average for me.

The checkout process is usually smooth, but I've experienced some slow loading times. Customer service can be hit or miss—sometimes super helpful, other times not so much. Overall, it gets the job done, but there's definitely room for improvement. Not my favorite, but I'll keep using it!

1 month agoI’ve had a mixed bag of experiences with Walgreens lately. While they have a good selection of products, I often find the website to be a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Sometimes, my orders take longer than expected to arrive, which is frustrating. The customer service could use some improvement too; it often feels like I’m talking to a robot instead of a person. I appreciate the convenience of online shopping, but it hasn't been as smooth as I'd hoped. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I wish I could give it a higher rating!

1 month agoI’ve been a Walgreens fan for a while, but my recent experience left me a bit disappointed. The website is pretty cluttered and hard to navigate, which makes finding what I need a hassle. I tried ordering some essentials, but the checkout process was a bit glitchy. I ended up having to refresh multiple times, which is super frustrating. The delivery took longer than expected, and I wasn’t even notified about the delay. Customer service was okay, but they didn’t really address my concerns. I still love the store, but the online experience needs some major improvements. Hoping they can step it up soon!
