The selection is decent, but the customer service is really lacking and made my experience frustrating.

I really wanted to love Onzo Kids, but I just can't give it more than two stars. The concept is great, and the designs are cute, but the execution is lacking. I found the website a bit confusing to navigate, which made shopping a hassle. Also, the shipping took way longer than expected, and I had to reach out to customer service for updates. When my order finally arrived, it wasn’t quite what I anticipated in terms of quality. I was hoping for something more durable for my little ones. Overall, it has potential, but I think they need to step up their game. I might give it another shot in the future if improvements are made!
