1 month agoI recently tried belairdirect for my insurance needs, and it was a bit of a mixed bag. The website is super easy to navigate, which I really appreciated. Getting a quote was straightforward, and the options were decent. However, I found their customer service to be hit or miss. Sometimes I got quick responses, but other times it felt like I was waiting ages for help. The coverage seems solid, but I wish they had more customizable options. Overall, not a bad experience, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s okay, but I’m still on the lookout for something better.

French: Belairdirect propose de bonnes options de couverture, mais leur service client peut être inégal. Dans l'ensemble, c'est correct mais pas sans défauts.

1 month agoI recently had an experience with belairdirect, and it was pretty okay overall. The website is user-friendly, which made it easy to navigate through the insurance options. However, I felt like the customer service could use a bit more warmth; it was a bit too formal for my taste. I appreciated the variety of coverage options, but some of the prices seemed a bit high compared to other companies. The claims process was straightforward, but it took longer than I expected. I do like the digital tools they offer, like the app for managing my policy. Overall, it's not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s a solid choice, just not my absolute favorite.
