1 month agoI recently shopped at The Athletic Shoe Shop and had a pretty mixed experience. The selection of shoes is decent, but I found the sizing to be a bit off, which was frustrating. I expected faster shipping, but it took longer than anticipated to receive my order. Customer service was okay, but they didn't seem very eager to help with my concerns. The site is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I wish the product descriptions were more detailed. Overall, I left feeling underwhelmed and probably won’t be rushing back anytime soon. Just okay, but I hoped for more!
