1 month agoI had a mixed experience with Intact. On one hand, their website is pretty user-friendly and easy to navigate, which I really appreciate. I found the information I needed without too much hassle. However, I ran into some issues with customer service. They were polite but seemed a bit overwhelmed, and it took longer than expected to get my questions answered. The coverage options are decent, but I wish they had more flexibility in their plans. Overall, it’s not a bad option, but I think there’s room for improvement. I might stick around for a bit longer, but I’m definitely keeping my options open. Just an okay experience for now!

1 month agoI had a terrible experience with Intact. Their customer service is a joke—no one seems to know what they're doing! I felt like I was talking to a wall every time I called. My claims took forever to get processed, and the communication was non-existent. Definitely not impressed and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

1 month agoI've been using Intact for a while now, and it's been a bit of a mixed bag for me. On one hand, their customer service is pretty friendly and helpful when I have questions. I appreciate that they’re always ready to assist. However, I've encountered some issues with claims processing that left me a bit frustrated. It seems like it takes longer than expected to get things sorted out. The website is decent, but it could use a little more user-friendliness. I also wish their rates were a bit more competitive compared to others out there. Overall, I think they have potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m not completely sold, but I’m not ready to jump ship just yet!

Sometimes it feels like I’m stuck on hold for ages just to get a simple question answered. The coverage options are decent, though, and I like that they offer a variety of plans. Pricing is okay, but I wish it could be a bit more competitive. Overall, I think there’s potential here, but they’ve got some room for improvement. I’m hoping my next experience will be smoother!

I was really impressed with how quickly they handled my claim; it made the whole process so much easier. The website is easy to navigate, too, which is a big plus. I feel like I’m in good hands with them. Plus, their coverage options are really flexible and tailored to my needs. Highly recommend to anyone looking for reliable insurance!

However, I found some of the information a bit confusing and hard to follow. The customer service was okay, but I expected a bit more responsiveness. I appreciate the variety of services they offer, but the pricing could be clearer. Overall, it's decent, but there's definitely room for improvement. If you're looking for insurance, it might be worth a shot, but don't set your expectations too high. Just an average experience for me!

However, I felt like their customer service could use some improvement; I had to wait longer than I expected to get my questions answered. The pricing is okay, but I wouldn’t say it’s the best out there. I appreciate the variety of policies, but I wish they offered more personalized support. Overall, it’s not terrible, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d give them a solid 3 stars for now!

I felt like I was just being shuffled around with no real help. My claims took forever to process, and I got zero updates along the way. Honestly, it felt like I was just a number to them. I expected way more from a company like this. Definitely not impressed and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!
