1 month agoHe estat navegant per caasco.com i la veritat és que em deixa amb sentiments ambigus. La interfície és força senzilla, però a vegades trobo que la informació no és tan clara com m'agradaria. El servei d'atenció al client és decent, però he tingut algunes esperes llarges. Les ofertes són interessants, però no sempre les que busco. M'agrada que tinguin una bona selecció de productes, però crec que podrien millorar en l'organització. En general, és una web que compleix, però no em fa sentir entusiasmat. Podria ser millor, però tampoc és un desastre. Espero que amb el temps facin algunes millores.

1 month agoCaasco has some decent options, but I feel like it's hit or miss. The site is easy to navigate, which is a plus, but I've had a few issues with customer service that left me wanting more. Prices are okay, but I expected a bit better selection. Overall, it's not bad, but it could definitely use some improvements!

Customer support is decent, but I had to wait longer than expected for a response. Overall, it's a solid site, but there's definitely room for improvement. Not bad, but not my favorite either!

1 month agoI had high hopes for caasco.com, but what a letdown! The site is super confusing and hard to navigate. I spent more time searching for what I needed than actually getting anything done. Customer service? Non-existent! I reached out for help and never heard back. Plus, the delivery took forever – I almost forgot what I ordered! Overall, it feels like they just don’t care about their users. Definitely not coming back here again. Save your time and look elsewhere!

1 month agoI’ve visited this site a few times, and honestly, it’s been a bit underwhelming. The layout feels outdated, making it hard to find what I’m looking for. Customer service could definitely use some improvement; I had to wait ages for a response. The products are decent, but I expected more variety. It’s not a terrible experience, just kind of average. Hoping they can step it up in the future!
