1 month agoHy-Vee has its ups and downs. I love the variety of products they offer, but sometimes the website feels a bit cluttered. Navigating through the aisles online can be a little overwhelming. On the plus side, their weekly deals are pretty solid, and I appreciate the fresh produce selection. However, I’ve had a few issues with delivery times that were longer than expected. Customer service was helpful when I reached out, so that’s a plus. Overall, it's a decent experience, but there's definitely room for improvement. Just hoping they smooth out the kinks!

1 month agoI recently shopped at Hy-Vee and had an okay experience. The selection of groceries was decent, but some items were out of stock. The prices were pretty average, nothing to write home about. The staff was friendly, which helped brighten my visit. However, the layout of the store was a bit confusing. Overall, it's a decent place, but there's room for improvement.

1 month agoI’ve been shopping at Hy-Vee for a while, but lately, it’s been a bit of a letdown. The website is super clunky, and I often find it hard to locate what I need. The grocery pickup service has been hit or miss, with missing items or delays that really test my patience. Plus, some of the prices seem a little steep compared to other stores. I love the selection, but I wish they’d focus more on user experience. Customer service is okay, but not always helpful. It just feels like they could do so much better. Here’s hoping for improvements!

1 month agoI really wanted to love my experience with Hy-Vee, but it fell flat. The website is a bit clunky and hard to navigate, which made shopping a hassle. I had issues with my online order not being ready on time. Plus, some items were out of stock, which was disappointing. Overall, I expected better from them!
