4 weeks agoZurich.ie has its ups and downs. The website is easy to navigate, but I wish there were more detailed information on some policies. Overall, it's okay but could definitely use some improvements.

1 month agoAbsolutely terrible experience! Their customer service is non-existent, and I felt completely lost trying to get help. The website is confusing, making everything ten times harder. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere!

1 month agoI recently tried out Zurich and had a pretty decent experience. The service was okay, but I felt like there could be a bit more attention to detail. The options they offer are nice, but some of them could really use a refresh. I appreciated the friendly staff, though—they definitely made things better! Overall, it’s a solid choice, but I think they have room for improvement. I’d be open to coming back and seeing how things evolve!

1 month agoI was really hoping for a better experience, but it fell short. The website is a bit confusing, and I had trouble finding the information I needed. Customer service took longer to respond than I expected. Just not what I was looking for, unfortunately.

1 month agoI recently tried out Zurich and, honestly, it was a mixed bag for me. The website is pretty user-friendly, which made finding what I needed a lot easier. However, I found the customer service a bit lacking; it took longer than expected to get my questions answered. The insurance options are decent, but I felt a bit overwhelmed by all the choices. On the plus side, the prices seem competitive, so that's a win. Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’d recommend giving it a shot, but don't go in with sky-high expectations. Just a solid, average experience for me!

1 month agoI've been checking out Zurich for a while now, and it's a mixed bag. The services are decent, but I feel like the website could use a bit more user-friendly design. Customer support is alright, but sometimes it takes ages to get a response. I appreciate the info they provide, but it can be overwhelming at times. Overall, it's not bad, just needs a few tweaks to really shine!
