I recently ordered some pet supplies from Maxi Zoo, and I can't say I'm impressed. The website was confusing, making it hard to find what I needed. When I did, they were unhelpful and seemed indifferent to my issues. The delivery was also delayed without any updates, leaving me in a bind. Honestly, I expected better from a pet store.
