Shipping took longer than expected, and I had to reach out for updates. Customer service was okay, but I expected more help. Overall, it was a bit of a letdown for my pet supply needs.

I ordered some dog toys from Ryan's Pet and what a disappointment! The shipping took forever, and when the package finally arrived, it was all messed up. One toy was completely broken, and another was the wrong size. Customer service was no help at all – they just kept giving me the runaround. I felt totally ignored. Not what I expected from a pet supply site! Save your money and shop somewhere else. I won't be coming back anytime soon!

I’ve been shopping at Ryan’s Pet Centre for a while now, and I have mixed feelings. The selection of products is pretty decent, and I’ve found some great items for my furry friends. However, I’ve noticed that sometimes delivery can be a bit slow, which can be frustrating when I’m running low on supplies. Also, I wish their customer service was a bit more responsive — I’ve had a couple of questions that took ages to get answered.
