Terrible experience—my order took forever to arrive and the customer service was completely unhelpful!

I was really looking forward to my order from Cuddles Pet Store, but what a disappointment! The delivery took forever, and when it finally arrived, the items were damaged. Customer service was not helpful at all; they just kept giving me the runaround. I expected way better quality for the price I paid. I tried to reach out multiple times, but it felt like I was talking to a wall. Honestly, I had higher hopes for this place. I won’t be shopping here again and definitely wouldn’t recommend it to others. Save your time and money!
