I recently shopped at Pet Supplies Malta, and it was an okay experience. The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus. I found a decent range of products for my furry friend, but the stock seemed a bit limited on some popular items. The delivery was reasonably quick, but I did have a minor issue with my order that took a while to resolve. Customer service was friendly, but I wish they were a bit more responsive. Prices are fair, but I’ve seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, it’s a solid option if you’re in a pinch, but I think there’s room for improvement. I’ll probably give them another shot, but I’m not completely sold yet. Just a mixed bag for me!

I had high hopes for this place, but my experience was a total letdown. The customer service was unhelpful and a bit rude when I had questions. I ordered some pet supplies that took forever to arrive, and when they finally did, half of the items were wrong. The quality of the products didn’t match the price I paid, either. It felt like I was just another number to them, not a valued customer. I won’t be coming back anytime soon. Disappointed and frustrated, to say the least! Save your time and money and look elsewhere.
