It took longer than expected to find what I needed. When my order finally arrived, it was missing an item, which was super frustrating. Customer service was okay, but I had to wait longer than I'd hoped for a response. The prices are fair, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Shipping was pretty slow, which didn't help my experience. I love that they offer a variety of products, but I wish they’d improve their service.
