1 month agoServiceNow feels more like a maze than a helpful tool. The interface is cluttered and navigating through it is a headache. I often find myself stuck, searching for features that should be easy to access. Customer support takes ages to respond, leaving me frustrated. It's supposed to streamline processes, but it just complicates everything. Overall, not impressed and wouldn’t recommend it!

1 month agoServiceNow, where do I even begin? Navigating this platform feels like trying to solve a Rubik's Cube blindfolded. The interface is clunky and not user-friendly at all. I thought I was signing up for a smooth ride, but instead, I hit a lot of bumps. Support? Good luck getting a response in a timely manner! Features seem promising but often fall short in execution. I’ve spent more time troubleshooting than actually getting work done. Honestly, it’s more stress than it’s worth. Definitely not a fan!
