1 month agoChewy has its ups and downs. The selection of pet products is fantastic, and I love the variety they offer. Shipping is usually super fast, which is a big plus! However, I’ve had a couple of issues with customer service that left me feeling a bit frustrated. Some items came damaged, and getting a quick resolution took longer than expected. The prices are decent but can be a bit higher than local stores sometimes. Overall, it’s a mixed bag—great for convenience, but there’s room for improvement. I’d recommend it, but with a little caution. They have potential, just need a bit more consistency!

1 month agoI’ve been using Chewy for a while now, and my experience has been hit or miss. The selection of pet products is great, and I love that they have almost everything I need for my furry friend. However, I’ve had a couple of shipping delays that were a bit frustrating, especially when I was running low on food. Customer service has been helpful, but it can take a while to get a response. Prices are decent, though I’ve found some items cheaper elsewhere. Overall, it’s a solid option, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ll keep shopping here, but I hope things get a little smoother!

1 month agoChewy I had high hopes for Chewy, but my experience was pretty underwhelming. The delivery took longer than expected, which was a bummer when I was low on pet supplies. Customer service was nice, but they couldn't help me with my order issue. Also, the prices are a bit higher compared to my local store. I appreciate the variety they offer, but it just didn't feel worth it for me. My pet loved the treats though, so that's a plus! Overall, I expected more from the hype.

The prices are decent too, but I’ve seen better deals elsewhere. Shipping is often quick, which is a huge plus when I'm in a pinch. However, I've had a few hiccups with customer service that left me a bit frustrated. Sometimes my orders get mixed up or delayed, which can be a hassle. I wish they had better tracking options to keep me in the loop. Overall, Chewy is convenient, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ll keep using it, but I hope they step up their game!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Chewy, but my experience was a letdown. My order arrived late, and the customer service was a hassle to deal with. The product I received was damaged, and it took forever to get a replacement. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Honestly, I think I’ll stick to my local pet store from now on. Disappointed doesn’t even cover it!
