1 month agoMailerLite has some solid features for email marketing, but it feels a bit clunky at times. The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I’ve encountered a few bugs that slowed me down. The templates are nice, but customization options could be improved. Customer support is decent, though I wish they were a bit quicker to respond. Overall, it’s okay, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI really wanted to like MailerLite, but it's been a total letdown. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it frustrating to navigate. Customer support? Good luck getting a timely response! I've had several issues with my campaigns, and the templates are pretty basic. It’s hard to customize anything without feeling like I’m fighting with the system. Sending emails often results in them landing in spam, which defeats the purpose! I expected better features for the price. Honestly, I’ve had a way better experience with other email marketing tools. Just not impressed at all—definitely won’t be sticking around. Save your time and look elsewhere!

1 month agoMailerLite has some good features for email marketing, but it’s a bit hit or miss for me. The interface is user-friendly, which makes it easy to get started, but I’ve run into some bugs that can be frustrating. I appreciate the automation tools, but they don’t always work as expected. Customer support is decent, but response times can be slow at times. The pricing is reasonable, which is a plus, but I wish there were more templates available. Overall, it’s okay for basic needs, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It's a solid choice if you're just starting out, but I think I’ll keep looking for something that fits my needs better.
