4 weeks agoI’ve been with State Farm for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a mixed bag. The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus, but sometimes it feels like I’m jumping through hoops to get what I need. Customer service is hit or miss—sometimes they’re super helpful, but other times I’ve been left waiting way too long. I appreciate the variety of coverage options, but their prices can be a bit steep compared to other companies. I’ve had some good experiences with claims, but there have also been frustrating moments. Overall, I think they’ve got potential, but there’s definitely room for improvement. It’s okay, but not amazing. Just an average experience for me!

The website is clunky and not very user-friendly—sometimes it feels like I’m navigating a maze just to find basic info. Customer service can be spotty; I've had a few reps who were super helpful, but others seemed disinterested. The claims process can be a real headache too; it took way longer than expected for mine to get resolved. While I appreciate the coverage options, I wish they were more transparent about pricing. Overall, I feel like there’s potential, but they really need to step up their game. It’s okay, but I expected better. Just a bit underwhelmed, honestly.

1 month agoI had high hopes for State Farm, but my experience has been pretty disappointing. The website is confusing and not user-friendly at all. It took me ages just to find the information I needed! Customer service was not helpful when I reached out for assistance. I felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a real person. Plus, their claims process is a total nightmare—so slow and frustrating. Overall, I expected way better from such a big company!

1 month agoI've been using State Farm for a while now, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. On one hand, their customer service reps are super friendly and always ready to help. But on the other hand, I’ve had a few hiccups with claims processing that left me a bit frustrated. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus, but sometimes it feels like I’m getting the runaround when I have questions. The rates are decent, but I’ve seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, I think they’re reliable, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I appreciate the discounts they offer, though! Just wish they could speed up their claims process a bit. It’s fine, but not amazing. So, three stars it is!

The information is helpful, but I wish the layout was more user-friendly. Customer service options are good, but sometimes responses can be slow.
