1 month agoI've had a pretty mixed experience with Allstate. Their website is decent, but navigating it can be a real pain sometimes. I found the quotes to be higher than expected, and the customer service isn't always the best. I had to wait on hold forever to get my questions answered. The coverage options are good, but I wish they were more straightforward. Plus, I’ve had a couple of billing issues that took way too long to resolve. Overall, I’m not completely sold on them yet. They’ve got potential, but they really need to step up their game. Just feeling a bit disappointed right now.

On one hand, their customer service is pretty solid—most of the reps are helpful and friendly when I have questions. But on the flip side, I’ve had a few hiccups with claims processing that left me feeling frustrated. The website is decent, but sometimes it can be a bit clunky and hard to navigate. I appreciate the variety of coverage options they offer, but the prices can be on the higher side compared to other companies. Overall, it’s not bad, but I think there’s definitely room for improvement. I’m sticking around for now, but I’m keeping my options open. Just an average experience so far, really.

1 month agoI've been using Allstate for a while now, and honestly, it’s been a mixed bag. The website is easy to navigate, but I’ve run into issues with their customer service. Every time I need help, it feels like I'm stuck waiting forever on hold. Plus, the claims process is more complicated than it should be. I appreciate the coverage options, but the prices seem a bit steep for what I'm getting. I expected more from a big name like Allstate. I guess it’s not terrible, but it definitely doesn’t wow me. I hope they can step up their game because I really want to like them. For now, I’m just feeling kind of meh about the whole experience. Not sure if I’ll stick around much longer.

1 month agoI had high hopes for Allstate, but my experience has been a total letdown. Customer service? More like customer frustration – it takes forever to get someone on the line! When I finally did, they seemed clueless about my policy. Claims process? A nightmare! I submitted everything on time, and yet it felt like they were dragging their feet. Premiums keep going up without any explanation, which is frustrating. I thought I was getting a good deal, but now I'm not so sure. Overall, I expected better from such a big name. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone looking for reliable insurance. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!
