1 month agoI had high hopes for Worldwide Stereo, but what a letdown. The website is confusing and feels outdated, making it hard to find what I need. Customer service? Don’t even get me started—it's like they’re ghosts. I placed an order and waited forever, only to get the wrong item. When I tried to reach out for help, I got no response. Shipping took ages, and the tracking was a joke. I expected better quality for the price I paid. Honestly, I won't be coming back anytime soon. Save yourself the hassle!

1 month agoI've shopped at Worldwide Stereo a couple of times, and it’s been a mixed bag for me. The selection of audio gear is solid, but the shipping took longer than I expected on my last order. Customer service was friendly but didn’t always have the answers I needed right away. Prices are decent, but I've seen better deals elsewhere. Overall, not bad, but there's definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI really wanted to love my experience at Worldwide Stereo, but it fell a bit short for me. The selection is decent, but I found the website pretty clunky and hard to navigate. I had a hard time finding the specific products I was looking for. Plus, the customer service was just okay—not super helpful when I had questions. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer. I appreciate their effort, but I think they need to step it up a notch. I might give them another shot in the future, but for now, it’s just two stars from me.
