1 month agoI had high hopes for my experience, but honestly, it was a bit of a letdown. The selection is decent, but I found the website a bit clunky and hard to navigate. Customer service was not very responsive when I had questions, which was frustrating. Shipping took longer than expected, and the packaging could use some improvement. Overall, it just didn’t live up to the hype for me. I might give them another shot in the future, but for now, it’s a solid “meh.”

1 month agoI had high hopes for Headphones.com, but what a letdown! The selection looked great, but my order took forever to arrive. When it finally did, the headphones were damaged—seriously, how does that happen? Customer service was a nightmare; I felt like I was talking to a wall. No one seemed to care about my issue at all. The return process was a total hassle and took ages. It’s like they don’t value their customers. I expected better from a site like this. Never shopping here again!

It took me way longer than expected to find what I was looking for. When my order arrived, one of the headphones had a minor defect, which was super disappointing. Customer service was okay, but I expected a faster response. I really wanted to love this site, but these issues made my experience just average. I might give it another shot in the future, but I’m not in a rush.

1 month agoI recently ordered a pair of headphones and had high hopes, but honestly, I'm a bit disappointed. The selection is decent, but it took way too long for my order to arrive. When it finally got here, the packaging was kind of lackluster — not what I expected for the price. The sound quality is good, but the comfort just isn't there for long listening sessions. Customer service was friendly, but they were slow to respond to my questions. I really wanted to love this place, but it fell short for me. Maybe I just had bad luck, but I don’t think I’ll be coming back anytime soon. Just okay overall.
