1 month agoI recently tried using RBC Insurance, and honestly, it was a bit disappointing. The website feels outdated and clunky, making it hard to navigate. I expected a smoother experience, especially for something as important as insurance. Customer service was hit or miss; I had to wait a long time to get answers. Some reps were helpful, but others seemed rushed and not very knowledgeable. The pricing was decent, but the coverage options were confusing. I wish they had clearer information on what’s included. Overall, it’s not the worst, but definitely not the best. I hope they can improve things in the future!

The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus, but I've had some issues with customer service. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response, and that can be frustrating when you need help. The coverage options are decent, but I wish there were more flexibility in plans. Overall, it gets the job done, but it’s not without its hiccups. I appreciate the convenience, but there's definitely room for improvement. I’d say it’s average – not the worst, but not the best either.

1 month agoRBC Insurance has its ups and downs. The website is pretty easy to navigate, which is a plus, but I've had some trouble finding specific info sometimes. Customer service is decent, but I’ve had to wait longer than I’d like on a few occasions. The coverage options are decent, though I wish they offered more flexibility. Prices are okay, but I feel like I could find better deals elsewhere. Overall, it’s not a bad choice if you need insurance, but it’s not the best out there either. It gets the job done, but I wouldn’t say I’m completely wowed. A solid 3 stars for being average!

The insurance options are decent, but I wish there were more flexibility in plans. I appreciate the competitive rates, though! Overall, it’s not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I’ll keep using it for now, but I hope they step up their game in the future.
