Terrible experience—poor support and they never delivered what they promised!

Main Street Host has its ups and downs. On one hand, their customer service is pretty responsive, which is a huge plus when you need help. However, I’ve found their website performance to be a bit hit or miss. Sometimes it's super fast, but other times it can lag a lot, which is frustrating. The pricing is reasonable, but you might find better deals elsewhere if you shop around. The user interface is okay, but it could definitely use some modernizing. I appreciate the range of services they offer, but I wish there were more tutorials or guides for beginners. Overall, it's a decent option, but I think there's room for improvement. Not a bad choice, but not the best either!
