4 weeks agoI recently checked out Geico for my insurance needs, and it was a mixed bag. The website is easy to navigate, which I appreciate, but I found the quotes to be a bit higher than expected. Customer service was decent, but I had to wait longer than I hoped. They have some great tools, but I wish they offered more personalized options. Overall, it’s not bad, but there's room for improvement. Just okay for now!

1 month agoI had high hopes for Geico, but what a letdown! Their website is confusing and not user-friendly at all. I spent ages trying to get a simple quote, and it just kept crashing. Customer service? Don't even get me started; they were no help. Overall, totally disappointed and won't be coming back!

1 month agoI had high hopes for GEICO, but my experience was a total letdown. The customer service was practically nonexistent when I needed help. I felt like I was talking to a robot instead of a real person. Plus, my rates kept going up for no reason! The website is cluttered and hard to navigate, making it a chore to find what I needed. I expected better from such a well-known company. Overall, I’m really disappointed and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Looking for a new insurance provider ASAP!

1 month agoI’ve been with Geico for a while now, and honestly, it's been a mixed bag. The website is easy to navigate, but their customer service can be hit or miss. I had a claim that took way too long to process, which was super frustrating. The rates are decent, but I expected better support when I needed it. Overall, it’s not terrible, but I feel like they could do much better. Just average, really.

I spent way too long searching for basic info about my policy. The quotes were okay, but I expected better customer service. When I finally reached out, the response time was slower than I hoped. The chat feature was a bit glitchy, too. I appreciate the low rates, but the site feels outdated. Overall, it's just not as user-friendly as I expected. I think they really need to step up their online game. Not impressed!

1 month agoGeico has been a great experience for me overall! Their website is super easy to navigate, making it simple to get quotes and manage my policy. I love the savings I've found, but I wish customer service was a bit quicker to respond. Still, it’s been smooth sailing with my coverage. Definitely a solid choice for insurance!
