1 month agoI recently tried Liberty Mutual for my insurance needs, and honestly, it’s been a bit of a mixed bag. The website is easy to navigate, but I found the quotes to be higher than expected. Customer service is hit or miss—sometimes they’re super helpful, but other times it feels like I’m talking to a robot. I’ve also had issues with getting timely responses to my questions. While the coverage options are decent, I just wish the overall experience was smoother. I guess it’s not terrible, but it definitely needs improvement. I’m still on the fence about whether I’ll stay with them.

The rates are decent, but I expected better support when I needed it. Overall, just okay, but not what I hoped for.

1 month agoI've been using Liberty Mutual for my insurance needs, and overall, it's been a pretty solid experience. The website is super easy to navigate, which makes finding what I need a breeze. I really appreciate the variety of coverage options they offer – there's something for everyone! The customer service reps are friendly and helpful, though I did have to wait a bit on hold once. The quotes I received were competitive, and I love that they offer discounts for things like safe driving and bundling policies. One thing I'd love to see improved is the mobile app; I think it could use a few more features. But all in all, I feel secure with my coverage and would definitely recommend them to friends. Just a few tweaks here and there, and they’d be a perfect 5 stars!

1 month agoI’ve been a customer of Liberty Mutual for a while now, and I have to say, my experience has been pretty mixed. The website is easy to navigate, but getting in touch with customer service can be a real hassle. I’ve had to wait on hold longer than I’d like just to ask a simple question. The coverage options are decent, but I feel like I’m paying a bit too much for what I get. Plus, their app can be glitchy at times, which is super frustrating. Overall, I think there’s room for improvement in both service and pricing. Not terrible, but definitely not great either.
