1 month agoI’ve always loved Patagonia’s vibe, but my recent order was a letdown. The sizing was way off, and the fabric felt cheap compared to what I expected. Customer service was slow to respond, which didn’t help. I hope they can step it up because I really want to love their stuff again!

1 month agoI’ve been a fan of Patagonia, but my recent experience was a total letdown. The website was super glitchy, making it impossible to check out. I had high hopes for my order, but it took forever to arrive, and when it did, the sizing was off. Customer service was no help either; I felt like I was just talking to a wall. For a brand that promotes sustainability, their shipping practices seem pretty wasteful. Disappointed and definitely won’t be shopping here again!

1 month agoI’ve been a long-time fan of Patagonia, but my recent experience left me a bit disappointed. The quality of the gear is still top-notch, but I had some issues with my last order. The shipping took forever, and I didn’t receive any updates, which is frustrating when you’re excited about a new jacket. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t the right size, and returning it was a hassle. Their customer service was friendly but slow to respond. I expected more from a brand that prides itself on sustainability and customer care. I still love their mission, but they need to step up their game in online shopping. I’ll keep buying from them, but I hope they improve. Overall, just okay this time around.
