I found the app to be glitchy at times, which was frustrating. Plus, the coverage options felt a bit limited compared to other providers. Overall, it’s okay, but I expected more.

1 month agoI had high hopes for this insurance, but wow, what a letdown! Signing up was a breeze, but when I actually needed help, it was like pulling teeth. Customer service? More like customer “no-service.” I felt like I was talking to a wall. My claims took forever to process, and I got zero updates. The app is flashy, but it can’t make up for the lack of real support. Honestly, I expected more from a company that claims to be all about transparency. I won’t be sticking around for round two. Save your time and money!

I appreciate the transparency, but at times, it feels like I’m just left hanging. The pricing is decent, though, and I like the mission behind the company. Overall, it's not bad, but there’s room for improvement. I’m hoping they can step up their game! It’s a solid start, just needs a bit more polish.
