1 month agoI really wanted to love Geartrade, but my experience was pretty disappointing. The selection is decent, but a lot of items were not in the condition I expected. I found a few great deals, but the shipping took way longer than I anticipated. Customer service wasn't very helpful when I had questions, and that was frustrating. The site could definitely use a better layout; it feels cluttered and hard to navigate. I appreciate the idea behind it, but I think they need to step up their game. Overall, it was just an okay experience for me.

1 month agoGearTrade has some cool stuff, but my experience was pretty mixed. The selection is decent, with a range of outdoor gear that’s hard to find elsewhere. However, I found the website a bit clunky to navigate at times. Some of the items I received didn’t match the description, which was disappointing. Customer service was okay, but I expected a quicker response. Shipping took longer than expected, which was a bummer. I appreciate the concept of buying used gear, but I think they could improve their quality checks. Overall, it’s a hit or miss for me. I might shop here again, but I’ll definitely be more cautious next time. Just okay, but not great.

1 month agoI had high hopes for GearTrade, but my experience was a total letdown. The website was clunky and hard to navigate, making it frustrating to find what I wanted. Customer service? Don’t even get me started—it's like they vanished when I needed help. I ordered an item that was listed as like new, but it arrived looking more like it had been through a war. The shipping took forever, and tracking was a joke. I felt like I was left in the dark the entire time. Overall, it was a huge disappointment, and I won't be coming back. Save your time and money—there are better options out there!
