I've shopped at Backcountry a few times now, and I have to say, it’s a bit of a mixed bag for me. The selection is fantastic, and I've found some great gear that I love. Shipping was pretty quick, which is a plus! However, I’ve had a couple of issues with customer service that left me feeling a bit frustrated. The website can be a bit tricky to navigate at times, too. Overall, it’s not bad, but I wish the experience was more consistent. I’ll keep shopping here for the gear, but I hope they can improve a bit. Average experience for an outdoor enthusiast like me!
