1 month agoGardPro has some decent products, but I've had a few issues with delivery times. The customer service was helpful, but I expected a bit more. Overall, it's okay, but there's room for improvement.

1 month agoI had high hopes for GardPro, but it just didn't meet my expectations. The website is a bit clunky and not very user-friendly, making it hard to find what I needed. I had issues with my order taking longer than expected to arrive, which was frustrating. When it finally got here, some of the items were not as described. Customer service was slow to respond, and it felt like I was left hanging at times. I appreciate the variety of products, but the quality didn't really impress me. I wanted to love this site, but I think I’ll be looking elsewhere next time. Overall, it’s just okay, but not great. Maybe they'll improve in the future, but for now, I'm disappointed.

1 month agoI recently checked out GardPro and had a mixed experience. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus. I found a decent selection of gardening tools, but some items felt a bit overpriced. Shipping was reasonably fast, but the packaging could use some improvement—it arrived a bit battered. Customer service was okay; they answered my questions but didn’t go above and beyond. I appreciate the variety they offer, but I wish the quality matched the price. Overall, it's a decent site for garden stuff, but there’s definitely room for improvement. I might come back, but I’m not in a rush. It's a solid three stars from me!

Customer service responded quickly, but my order took longer than expected to arrive. The quality of the items is okay, but I’ve seen better for the price. It’s not a bad option if you’re in a pinch, but I’d probably shop around first. I appreciate their effort, but there’s room for improvement. I might give them another shot in the future.

1 month agoI recently tried out GardPro, and it's been a mixed bag for me. The website is easy to navigate, which is a plus, but I found some products lacking in quality. Shipping was pretty quick, but I had some issues with customer service when I had questions. The prices are decent, but I expected a bit more for what I paid. Overall, it’s not a bad option if you’re in a pinch, but I think there are better places to shop for gardening supplies. I might give it another shot for specific items, but I’m not fully convinced yet. Just an average experience for me!
