1 month agoHonestly, my experience with Spectrum has been a total nightmare. The internet connection is so spotty that I often feel like I'm living in the Dark Ages. Customer service? Don’t even get me started – it’s like talking to a brick wall. I've spent hours on hold, only to get unhelpful responses. The prices keep going up, but the service quality just keeps going down. I’ve dealt with outages at the worst times, and their “solutions” are a joke. I thought switching would be an upgrade, but it's been nothing but frustration. I wouldn’t recommend them to my worst enemy. Seriously considering going back to dial-up at this point! Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere.

The internet speed is decent most of the time, but I’ve had my fair share of outages that can be super frustrating. Customer service can be hit or miss; sometimes they’re helpful, other times it feels like I’m talking to a brick wall. The pricing is okay, but I wish there were more transparent options without all the hidden fees. Streaming is pretty solid, but I’ve noticed some buffering during peak hours. Overall, it’s not the worst, but it definitely has room for improvement. I appreciate the reliability when it works, but those occasional hiccups can be a downer. Here’s hoping they step up their game!

Don’t even get me started! It feels like I'm talking to a brick wall when I call for help. I've had multiple outages, and they seem to happen at the worst possible times. The billing is confusing, and I keep getting charged for things I didn’t even sign up for. I expected better for what I’m paying. Honestly, I’m counting the days until I can switch to another provider. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere!

1 month agoI’ve had it with this service! Every time I try to stream something, the internet just decides to take a vacation. Customer support? Forget about it! They always seem to be “experiencing high call volumes” and leave me on hold for ages. The speeds are nowhere near what they promised, and don’t even get me started on the hidden fees. The app is a total disaster, constantly crashing and making me log in over and over. It feels like they just don't care about their customers. I regret switching to Spectrum every day. Save yourself the headache and look elsewhere! One star is honestly too generous.

1 month agoSpectrum's service is hit or miss. Sometimes the internet is decent, but I’ve dealt with way too many outages and slow speeds. Customer service is frustratingly unhelpful when you need them. Overall, not impressed!

1 month agoAbsolutely the worst service I've ever experienced! The connection drops more often than not, and customer support is a nightmare. I spent hours on hold only to get zero help. The prices are outrageous for such unreliable internet. Save your money and sanity—look elsewhere!
