1 month agoI've been using Cricket Wireless for a little while now, and overall, it's been a pretty solid experience! The coverage is surprisingly good, and I rarely have issues with dropped calls or slow data speeds. Their plans are super affordable, which is a huge plus for someone like me trying to save a bit. The customer service is decent too; they’re always friendly and helpful when I have questions. My only gripe would be that the app could use a little work—it’s not always the most user-friendly. But hey, for the price I'm paying, I'm not complaining too much! If you’re looking for a budget-friendly option without sacrificing quality, Cricket is definitely worth checking out! I’d give it a solid 4 stars!

1 month agoCricket Wireless has been pretty decent for my needs. The coverage is good most of the time, but I've noticed some dead spots in my area. The plans are affordable, which is a big plus, but the customer service could use some improvement. I’ve had to wait on hold longer than I’d like. The website is easy to navigate, but sometimes it feels a bit slow. Overall, it’s a solid option for budget-conscious folks, just don’t expect top-tier support. Not bad, but there’s definitely room for improvement!

1 month agoI've been using Cricket Wireless for a while now, and it’s been pretty average for me. The coverage is decent in my area, but I’ve experienced some dropped calls here and there. The plans are affordable, which is a plus, but customer service can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get quick help, other times I wait forever. The data speeds are okay, but they can slow down during peak times. Overall, not the worst experience, but I wouldn’t say it’s top-notch either. Just a solid option if you’re looking for something budget-friendly!

1 month agoCricket Wireless has decent coverage and affordable plans, which is a plus. However, customer service can be hit or miss, and I've faced some frustrating wait times. Overall, it's a solid option, but there's definitely room for improvement.

1 month agoI was really excited to try Cricket Wireless, but what a letdown! The service is super slow, and I constantly find myself dropping calls. Customer support? Forget it – they’re more like a black hole for any questions I have. My data plan feels like a scam; I hardly get what I paid for. It’s frustrating trying to get help, and the website is confusing. I expected better, honestly. I’m ready to switch to a different provider ASAP!

1 month agoCricket Wireless has its ups and downs, honestly. The coverage is decent, but I’ve had my fair share of dropped calls and slow data speeds in certain areas. The plans are affordable, which is a major plus, but sometimes the customer service can be a bit hit or miss. I appreciate the no-contract option, but I wish they had more phone choices. The app is user-friendly, making it easy to manage my account. Overall, it’s a solid option if you're looking for budget-friendly service, but it could definitely use some improvements. Not bad, but not the best either!

1 month agoI've been using Cricket Wireless for a while now, and honestly, I'm not too impressed. The coverage is pretty hit or miss; I often find myself with weak signals in places where I should have service. The customer support? Ugh, it's frustratingly slow and not very helpful. I also feel like their plans could use a bit more flexibility; they’re pretty basic and don’t cater to heavy data users like me. On the bright side, the pricing is decent, but you get what you pay for. I really wanted to love this service, but it's just okay at best. I think I’ll be looking for better options soon.
