3 months agoI've been using Signavio for a while now, and I can't recommend it enough! The interface is super user-friendly, making it easy to map out processes. Their collaboration features really shine, allowing my team to work together seamlessly. Plus, the insights we gain from the analytics are a game changer for improving our workflows. Customer support is top-notch too; they’re always ready to help out. Overall, Signavio has transformed the way we approach process management—definitely a five-star tool!

I appreciate the features, but they feel a bit overwhelming and not very intuitive. Customer support takes ages to respond, which is a bummer when you need help. I expected more from a tool that claims to streamline processes. Overall, it has potential, but it definitely needs some serious improvements. I hope they can step it up!

I expected more from their features; they seem promising but don't deliver as smoothly as I'd hoped. Customer support was slow to respond, leaving me hanging when I needed help. It’s great that they focus on collaboration, but it could use some fine-tuning. Pricing is also on the higher side for what you get. Overall, it has potential, but it needs some serious improvements to really shine. I might look elsewhere for now.

4 months agoI wish I could give zero stars! Signing up for Signavio was a huge disappointment. The interface feels clunky and outdated, making it a struggle to navigate. Customer support? Forget about it – they're slow to respond and unhelpful. I expected a lot more for the price I paid. Definitely not worth it!

The collaboration features are a nice touch, allowing teams to work together seamlessly. However, I found the pricing a bit steep for what’s offered, which can be a drawback for smaller businesses. While the tool does have some powerful capabilities, it occasionally feels overwhelming with all the options available. Overall, it’s decent but lacks that extra spark to make it truly stand out. Worth a try, but there’s room for improvement!
