The interface is user-friendly, which is a plus, but I encountered a few glitches that were kind of annoying. Customer support was helpful when I reached out, but the response time could be better. I appreciate the variety of content they offer, though some options feel a bit outdated. Overall, it’s a solid service but not quite what I hoped for. I think they have potential, just need to iron out a few kinks. Worth a try if you're curious!

1 month agoI’ve been using MediaConnect for a while now, and honestly, it’s a mixed bag. The interface is pretty clunky, making it hard to navigate at times. I’ve also run into some technical issues that took forever to resolve. The customer service could definitely use some improvement; it feels like I’m talking to a robot most of the time. On the bright side, when it works, it does deliver decent content. But overall, I expected a lot more. I think I’ll be looking for alternatives.
