I had high hopes for Dynamic Bike Care, but wow, what a letdown! The service took way longer than promised, and my bike was still not right after they fixed it. I felt like I was just another number to them, not a valued customer. The staff seemed disinterested and didn’t really listen to my concerns. When I got my bike back, it was dirtier than when I dropped it off! I expected better communication, but I was left in the dark the whole time. I tried reaching out for support, but it was like talking to a brick wall. Totally not worth the money I spent. I won’t be coming back, and I can’t recommend them to anyone. Save your time and money!
